Today the bolt wasn't as sticky but still sticky, I'm going to pull the bullets and load them with .2 grains less powder. I came up 1moa from yesterdays shot, but I am around 10 inches higher; it should have been 4 inches. Either my technique was flawed yesterday, or it is flawed today. Or... Is my load not right? I don't find a target or video of me shooting a 300 yard group with the 208gr A-Max, nor do I remember shooting one. Actually... Reviewing the ladder test target, I think there may be a load just 1 grain lower. I am sure that would eliminate the sticky bolt problem. So I pulled the 8 bullets I had and reloaded them with the reduced load. If it isn't going to shoot tight groups I'll just pull the bullets again and load some 190s, I have more coming and when I get the refund for my crappy scope I'll buy more. If tomorrow is calm I'll try this load... Less
